Coming home from a cool trip leaves a certain feeling behind. Like “oh, it’s kind of booring at home, can i go back please?”

As a break from learning i played around with operator and square lfo pitch modulation.. heres the result:

After hearing some comments on “Home Alone” i decided to edit it for richer sound and more diversity. So heres the revisited version, turn it up loud..

After a pause i used my remote sl keyboard again.. experiementing with pitch bend and heavyly distorted sounds i created a new track that i call “home alone”. Enjoy listening!

hey. yea, it’s been a while. i wrote an application for use with the monome osc/midi interface. i wanted to have flexible control over ableton live, one app to dj oder to produce.
monocontrol is designed to give the user the freedom to arrange control elements like faders, toggebuttons, pressbuttons, notbuttons or a crossfader in 8 diffrent views. if live is set up right, it monitors all control changes directly on the leds of the monome. eventually, if i got time, i” write an editor for easy creation of control arrangements.

As you may hear, I was playing around with lots of distortion. This evening I read some articles about old tube distortion and figured out that “Dynamic Tube” is my new effect of choice in Ableton Live. Since it took some time for me to figure out how to use it I thougt of maybe doing a video tutorial about this. Hands up who’s interested…
